We booked based off the pictures and select reviews we saw. The property is difficult to get to. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff at check in. We stood there for nearly 5 minutes while they had a personal conversation. We go to the room. It was very dingy and had a musty, smoky smell. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The wall by the refrigerator was filthy. There was dried food on the tile floor inside the door. We left to get something to eat and discuss the room. Upon returning we immediately checked out and found another hotel. Just a terrible experience across the board,

Staff was speaking to someone on their ear piece the entire time when we were checking in #rude. Hotel had a very odd odor that was overpowering.

I been to this hotel years ago. Then I came back and looks like they letting it run down. There so called free breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches left in a box. No coffee or tea to drink...

Parking is very tight, the room had no bathtub and they wouldn't allow us to upgrade to a better room because we went out for dinner after checking in. It advertised a breakfast but there was no breakfast. The tiles in the lobby are broken, the pool and jacuzzi were not available. The elevator smelled like feces and chemicals for two days. The room was not clean. The two beds leave no rool for a table or a couch so there's nowhere to sit and eat, despite having a kitchenette.
On the plus side, the AC worked well and the shower was hot.
