Fantastisk My room was very and well appointed with amenities that were useful. The staff was super helpful and breakfast buffet had everything to eat a satisfying meal. I would recommend to stay in this cute boutique hotel for its location, cleanliness and very kind people.

I did not end up staying at the property. The room I booked was not represented by the photos that were on hotels.com. The room was extremely disappointing, very bare, old, mattress very thin.
I arrived late at night so there was no one to help me after check in. I returned the next morning to return the physical key and the hotel refused to refund me as I had checked in. The manager was very rude,
Hotels.com was also not helpful with obtaining a refund.

Our room was clean. The staffs are so nice. They answer every questions we had both in person and on emails. The hotel is close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of the city center but on quiet street right. Ext to cathedral. Big rooms, comfortable beds and tranquil lobby that is great for a drink before heading out.
