Front desk agents were great but the facility was horrible
I booked for 2nights i had to check out the same night i checked in .
Booked for no smoking room but the room was smoking room they had airfreshners but i could not breath and furnitures were so old as well as carpet. Old doesn't mean its bad but these were so old and dirty

The building and the room as u would expect from a 3 star hotel. It clean and no smell so I'm super happy. The location is decent. Right across the hotel is a local market which have a lot of stuff to see and eat. It close to BIFF streets. Like 5-10min walk. I would recommend this hotel if u don't want to spend too much money on 4-5 star hotel just to sleep.

Fantastisk The staff were super helpful and nice. We had a small issue with the blanket but they were able to fix it very quickly with no problem. Easy check in and if you arrive before check-in tome
