The property was really nice, and the staff was also friendly. However, I have a concern about the housekeeping. I had clearly put a sign outside my room, indicating that we didn’t want it cleaned. Despite this, there were still about two hours before our checkout, and the housekeeping staff knocked on the door five times. My wife and I were not in a position to open it, and I believe they used the master key. When they saw us, they quickly closed the door. This was a terrible experience. If a sign is clearly posted outside a room, and the housekeeping staff can check in their system that the guest hasn’t checked out, they shouldn’t be entering the room or knocking on the door.
