Perfect location, less than a minute walk to Antwerp Centraal which allowed me to sleep in before jumping on an early train ride. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t included in my package but it was available as early as 6:30am which would’ve given me enough time before leaving but I decided to get an early start. And if you put the sign on your door to NOT change your towels, they give you a voucher to use at their cafe. Room had nice views of the centraal square and it wasn’t too noisy outside. Bathroom was a nice size and had a good amount of counter space for doing makeup and your skincare routines. Downside: there was only half a roll of toilet paper remaining and the refill roll was stored behind the toilet and looked like it had gotten wet; sink seemed to be backed up.

Very close to the train station. Our room was wonderfully quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Reception desk people were very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was a breeze. The city view side was a bit noisy on the weekend. Had been offered the back/quieter side or the view side. Probably should have taken the quieter side. Location was excellent.

Room was spacious and minimal, but work. Big shower and lot of space where put your stuff in the bathroom. Just missing the hairdryer. House Keeping was great, super kinde, room clean and they was waiting until afternoon you leave your room and they can reset it. Reception really friendly, good breakfast too

Great location near the train station and tram lines. Shopping and restaurants a very short walk away. And the staff was amazing. We also opted for their included breakfast which was also very good.

Great rooms and staff. Night managers were very helpful and I highly recommend this hotel. Also bathroom is stocked with pretty good body products. This is my 3rd time staying here and will definitely book again!
