Lovely stay at Okura made all the more exceptional by the service of the staff especially the Night Manager and Duty Manager. We arrived at midnight to check in and the room allocated to us smelled of smoke. The hotel had full occupancy so they moved us to another room in a lower category for the night but the next day upgraded us to the most amazing suite. We enjoyed every bit of our stay, with clean and very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The service from the staff is what makes Okura a special hotel. Thank you again. We have had an unforgettable stay at Okura and hope to visit again.

Everything at this hotel was perfect. Staff was very friendly, efficient, made us feel welcome and at home. They had world cup TV set up in the lounge to watch, the pool was quiet and serene and a beautiful spot to relax mid afternoon. Great location by Central embassy Mall - the breakfast was plentiful and impeccable. One of our new favorite hotels.

I had another wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the BTS. The rooms are spacious. The staff are always kind, friendly, and happy to help with anything. Their service is one of the best parts of the hotel. The gym is excellent, with modern equipment and everything needed for a good workout. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

It’s my first time staying with Okura Prestige Bangkok, and I was deeply impressed by the staff and amenities offered by the hotel. Ms. Pimsuda who’s an elegant young lady greets me & arranged the check in for me. The service level is by the the highest I’ve ever had among all Bangkok 5 stars hotels I have ever experienced. I live in Conrad most of the time due to its location & safety (close to American Embassy) and I never noticed the Okura Prestige although I passed by many times. I’m lucky enough to be upgraded to the Presidential Suite by Ms: Pimsuda and the view of the room with its amenities are simply amazing. The location of the hotel is actually one of the best in Bangkok. 3 mins walking to Central Embassy where offered all brands you need and the restaurants you like, 4 face Buddha is also 10 mins walking from the hotel. There is a 7-11 on the first floor connected to the building, with pharmacy & Japanese restaurant there, you could just stay in the hotel all day without going out if the weather is not preferred. The food and bar of the restaurant is also something I like, with the view at night, you will fall in love with the city of Bangkok. I’ll definitely stay with this hotel again next time.
