We had a great stay while visiting from America, hotel was one of the best and most spacious out of all the hotels we stayed in during our whole trip to Japan. Location is great, super close to the train station, malls and restaurants. We stayed here to go to Mt. Takao and Sanrio Puroland.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, but the staff were extremely friendly and promptly switched me to a non-smoking room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay.

Probably the best choice when you are visiting Sagamihara area. Everything is well maintained, staffs are polite and knowledgeable. Close to the train station, donki and 711.
