This property was clean and well run. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety of different foods. The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient as it's right down the road from the Bai Dinh Pagoda. I'd happily stay with them again on my next trip to Ninh Binh.

Reminded us of British TV show hotel from “Fawlty Towers”. Hotel and setting was pleasant enough, but rooms were very musty. Was humid when we visited but was hard to get rid of the smell. Safe did not work, and on asking for it to be fixed, two staff randomly played with in for 4 minutes before saying they would return. 15 mins later we went to reception to find them sitting and chatting, clearly not planning to return. Food was not great. Woman at front desk was very helpful and seemed to trying very hard to keep things running. (Stayed along with friends, booking 3 rooms in total - all rooms musty, all 3 safes broken) Other than the fact it was inexpensive, would not recommend to friends.

The property was clean and the layout was different experience. Dining was ok. A little far from everything but easy by grab. Do not book the tour from them, book online or locally. They conned us and charged us double. you will get the same tour for half the price online viator, get your guide or any travel sites. If you do then make sure you get the price fixed before you leave. Easy to get to the attractions via grab you don’t need a guide

Great accommodation Lovely reception staff Kitchen and bar ataff are wonderful Family style accommodation Food was good Breakfast and coffee are acceptable Cocktails great value Thanks for helping with my son when he was sick. The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. It is not too far from main attractions and since transportation from Grab or scooter is an option, it makes it pretty easy. I would definitely come back here again

Excellent! Such a beautiful little place with amazing gardens and scenery. The highlight was absolutely the staff. They were incredibly caring, helpful and attentive. The location is near Mua Caves and Trang An boat launch. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
