I rarely write reviews, but our recent stay was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share my experience. While the property itself is beautiful, the service falls completely short of the Ritz-Carlton standard.
Our issues began immediately upon arrival. The A/C in our first room was broken. The next day, we were moved to a downgraded room with no balcony. Finally, we were moved a third time to a room similar to what we booked. Packing, unpacking, and moving luggage three separate times with children was an exhausting, stressful ordeal. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was unacceptable; we found the bathtub dirty from the previous guest.The front desk and concierge service were equally disappointing.
We had multiple packages delivered to the hotel, and the staff was entirely unhelpful. When a package wasn't immediately visible, the response was essentially, "This is the only one I found, sorry, bye," with absolutely no effort to look further or solve the issue.A beautiful property cannot make up for careless service. We expected a seamless, luxury experience but instead received a stay that felt like hard work. Management seriously needs to address their service execution and housekeeping standards.
