They are willing to help and solve the problem. My room could not charge, and I told the front desk. They eventually helped me change my room, and solve the issue.

I like that it’s convenient and the location is great! It has two 7-11 close by. It is also like 3-4 minute walk to the train station.
The staff are so nice and friendly. The front desk staff always greeted you, smiled, and made you always feel welcomed.
I wish there were more outlets cause I had to unplug the TV to be able to use the outlet.

Excellent breakfast of mostly supper items. Deĺicious.
Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
Horrendous traffic noise, mostly from motorbikes but a short walk to a BTS station and a bus stop in front of the hotel. At least seven 7-11 shops within a 5 minute walk.
