Fantastisk
Perfectly situated right outside lime street train station with a spacious and clean room. All staff were very friendly and helpful too.

It was a nice hotel, the rooms were small, it was a British Open so they were more expensive. The only problem is the air conditioner basically did not work. It was overtaxed because of an excessive heat wave.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn, Lime Street while visiting Liverpool to see Moulin Rouge. The hotel is in an excellent location directly opposite the train station and the theatre and only a short walk from the shopping centre and the Albert Dock. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. Owen checked us in and was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were again friendly, helpful and professional with lovely conversation and suggestions for things to do in the city. Unfortunately I didn't get the name for the two staff who were on duty when we checked out this morning but they were also very friendly and helpful and arranged to hold our bags while we spent some time shopping before our train. The room was pleasant and comfortable with everything we needed. The USB plugs next to the bed were useful. The bathroom could benefit from a towel rail near the sink but that's the only very slight criticism. We wouldn't hesitate to book again next time we are in Liverpool.

What a fabulous hotel in a fabulous City Location - perfect Rooms - very clean & very quiet with A/C You could also open the window Cleanliness - extremely high Food - excellent Staff - very courteous & helpful Deffo stay there again as it’s a short walk To everywhere in Liverpool & across the Road from Lime St Station Loved every minute of it

Air conditioning was terrible in the rooms. I was told they are on a central system so it was hard to cool down. Our room was so warm we barely slept at night. We kept the window cracked open as much as it would go to try and let some breeze in but it didn’t help much. The staff did bring us a small portable fan to try and get air flow in the room. Also there weren’t any plugs for our electronics. One side of the bed has two USB plugs and then there was the plug for the tv. Outside of the bedroom the desk had one plug as well. Very close to both Lime and Central station though.

This was our second stay at the holiday inn it's very conveniently located with easy parking at a discount. A comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.
