The location of the hotel was excellent, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall.
The staff member who checked us in was quite rude, which was not a great start to our stay. We had also been told in advance that we would have adjoining rooms; however, when we arrived, that was not the case. We ended up spending over an hour and a half trying to resolve the situation. With the elevators located so far from our rooms, moving between rooms and coordinating with our group was especially inconvenient.
While the hotel did provide a discount on drinks purchased at the bar as a gesture of goodwill, it did not make up for the other issues we experienced. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and the rooms themselves felt very outdated, especially when compared to nearby properties such as the Cosmopolitan and Palazzo.
