Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The guest laundry facilities were particularly useful during our trip. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lounge, and the wine vending machine was a memorable and enjoyable touch that we had not encountered elsewhere. The rooms were comfortable but quite compact, particularly when travelling with larger suitcases. While this is not unusual in Japan, it did make moving around the room somewhat challenging. I also appreciate the hotel’s transparency regarding the ongoing Wi-Fi issue and the efforts made to provide an alternative connection space in the 2nd floor lounge. However, the lack of reliable in-room Wi-Fi had a significant impact on our stay. For a hotel of this size, internet access is now an essential service for most guests rather than simply a convenience. While technical issues can occur, the problem appeared to affect a substantial portion of the hotel and had apparently been ongoing for some time. It may be worthwhile reviewing the current network infrastructure, provider arrangements, or contingency options to better maintain guest connectivity in future. Despite this issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if the Wi-Fi situation is resolved.

The hotel in in a very good location accessible to every thing in the downtown area. The staff are very polite and really helpful. One the best stays in all of Japan.

Friendly and helpful staff. The lounge is a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Room size for a solo traveller. Was able to lay flat the carry on size suitcase on the floor. Ease of check in experience without QR code requirement by this hotel. Expedia doesn’t issue QR code for reservation confirmation and it was very long and frustrating process at Kansai Hoshino Resort and APA hotel at Osaka Ekimae

Very comfortable and perfectly located hotel. Super friendly staff. Some speak good English. A short walk away from Sannomiya station and Chinatown and hundreds of restaurants are just around the corner.
