The hotel staff from reception to the breakfast crew was incredibly nice. Super helpful and offered such helpful advice. We stayed with our two kids and the room had plenty of space and had everything we needed. After arriving late in the evening we were so happy to hear that breakfast on the weekends went until 11:00am - allowing us time to grab some extra zzz's. Breakfast had everything from yogurt & granola to meats/cheese, pastries and warm food including beans, sausage and rosti. We were a little sad we only stayed one evening as it was such a great place. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

10 to 12 mins away from Basel SBB train station. Our room is ready and allow us to check-in before 12pm. Exclent breakfast!!!

We stayed 1 night at Ibis-Basel. It's close to the station and you easily reach the city centre either walking or via tram. It was quiet, comfortable and the room was clean. We are a family of 4, stayed in a spacious room with 2 single beds and a double sofa-bed. Breakfast was included , it was buffee style with a selection of yoghurt, cereals,fruit, warm breakfast, differemt types of bread and some pastries. They also offered water and hot beverages at the reception for free. I would definitely recommend it.

My preferred Ibis hotel across Switzerland. Well located near a tram station and not too far from the train station either. Rooms are clean, well decorated, staff is accommodating and proactive.

Room was not in shape: burning whole in carpet, broken toilet cover, heating broken. Yet, most people of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is fine as typical buffet.
