The staff are all very very friendly and helpful. They are very patience with us providing directions. We have already recommended to friends who will be going to Macau this year. We will definitely used this hotel again if we visit Macau again.

Every thing is good, only thing is when we were there, the road was under construction, makes little hard to cross the road especially we had 2 80+ with us. We loved the place. And we found a lot local restaurants and shopping place.

Overall speaking, this is a nice hotel with good facilities, free breakfast, services. The only downside is lack of local transportation. But it is still a great place to stay and worth the money!

Really nice place. There was construction outside when i stayed, so a bit of noise in the morning. Once this area is improved, it will look very nice. The photos of the room are accurate. You will enjoy. Right on a bus line and close to old shops of Macau.

Nice staff, very helpful until the very end. Only minus is the WiFi not working well in the rooms (6th floor). Otherwise I loved my stay.
