Great breakfast buffet. Clean comfortable rooms. Great location.

Breakfast good rooms clean elevator could work better

The room had a good size but the smell of swage was so strong in the second hallway where we stayed . The carpet of the hallway was so dirty and old . The staff in the kitchen were needed to be trained for serving the breakfast in hygienic way. One morning , The lady put the breads in the basket with her own hands without gloves . Ahmed and Mostafa were very helpful . The hotel should not be given more than two stars ! The location was great and the breakfast was ok . But unfortunately we won’t choose it for the second time .

I booked this for my son and his friend while traveling abroad. The staff communicated so amazing with me before they arrived. They had their room ready at 8:30am after a very long flight. The guys said everything was really great including the room size and condition.

This hotel is right in the middle of Old Town. Every easy to walk around and find everything you need. It is close to the train station. Everything is walking distance. The breakfast was amazing lot of stuff to choose from. Room was very clean.

We had a really nice stay overall and would recommend this hotel. It was easy to find, although it would be even clearer if the word “Friday” appeared somewhere outside rather than just “Hotel”. The bed was large and very comfortable. The shower could do with an upgrade, but the water pressure was great and it stayed hot. The smart TV was excellent and a nice bonus after long days out. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. We don’t usually bother with hotel breakfast, but there was a good range of options and the staff were very attentive. The coffee machine being available to use whenever was a great touch, perfect for grabbing a drink after a busy day. The cleaners were quick and friendly, and the location was fantastic for nearby attractions, tours and taxi pick-ups/drop-offs. A few downsides: • The receptionist who checked us in was quite miserable and borderline rude, although the other reception staff we met were lovely. • The minibar could have been restocked. Shops are nearby and reasonably priced, but the tap water ran cloudy for a while so having bottled water available would have been appreciated. • We stayed in room 108 and were woken at 5:30am by shops opposite unloading. This is outside the hotel’s control, and we didn’t find tourists or nightlife noisy, so it may just have been unlucky timing. • The room got very warm. The windows are large, but we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open overnight as there were no safety locks/bars.
