Fantastisk Second stay. Really convenient for Line Street Station and access into Liverpool One. Inexpensive and great for a few days stay.

Fantastisk Lovely spacious room & friendly, attentive staff. Allowed us to leave our bags with them prior to checking in as we had arrived early. Room was air conditioned, which in this heatwave was most welcome. It did however stop working, but we had arrived back to the hotel very late, so didn't want to disturb staff.
Was a little noisy out the window at times, but this is to be expected in a busy city centre. Would recommend & would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and clean room (air conditioning was a plus in the heatwave), pleasant staff, and close to centre and Lime Street Station. I'd absolutely stay again.

Stayed for one night, to say the room was small was an understatement… had more comfortable nights on a toilet floor. The air conditioning did not work and the lights flickered where the lamps were actually working or present. With the constant drone of the bathroom ventilation and the rumble of the metro, sleep was somewhat limited. With the added illumination from the hall way light shining under the door. Due to there being a concert on at Anfield the room should have been over £200. Lucky for us we had to change it for the night before so it was a bit cheaper. Certainly not the best of experiences.

Strange high bed that was difficult to get in and out of without scraping against the wooden sides. Small and no USB charging. Knocked on door before checkout time to tell me checkout was soon which was unnecessary.

Good size room, Staff very pleasant and helpful, one or two small problems, the mattress springs were sticking up in places and the curtains had mascara or some type of makeup on them also some marks on bottom bed sheet once again seem like makeup.

Unprofessional service from the woman at the desk
I booked the last room available stated it had a double bed with a smart tv for me and my partner - received 3 single beds instead with no smart tv
No hot water in the room
Room and corridor smelt of mould
