Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean property. Bed was very comfortable and the dual head shower with a built in bench seat was great! I loved that the bathroom area had dimmers on the lights! (Wish they would of had dimmers on the bedside lights too but the BR lighting options were def impressive) Staff was welcoming, engaging and accommodating. Restaurants were ok. Wish the “steak house” was actually a steak house. If you can’t/don’t eat seafood, Asian foods or like spicy foods then there isn’t much to choose from but salads. The only critique I would give is to have better pillows in the room instead of the feather kind that give no neck support For the first time I really enjoyed playing at a casino. I didn’t win huge but I wasn’t expecting too. However, I won enough to play and fun for 4 hours the night we stayed and another 4 hours in the morning before leaving and that made my day! :) Overall, it was a good experience, I would definetly return and definitely recommend to others.

Didn’t entirely feel clean, and felt that room had been smoked in frequently. Desk had dust covering glass. Woke up several times over the night with sinus drainage that cleared up after I left the property. It was a perfect location for me, and was relatively inexpensive. I did feel safe.

The Argosy was nice enough for the price. The room itself was in need of an updated decor from the curtains to the carpet and various items in between. The mattress replacement should be first on the list! The hotel staff was professional and efficient. The older gentleman that was serving in the restaurant by the lobby on June 10th was great. He is a keeper! The two young hostesses could use more training. I will stay again because the location is in perfect proximity to the new Morton Amphitheater. I hope there will be a new influx of travelers that stay at the Argosy to go to all of the future concerts and those additional bookings allow for upgrades to the rooms.

Loud noises constantly, people, back up alarm vehicles, AC unit etc. AC didn't work.

Everything was fantastic expect using GPS, which took me to Ameristar. They were very nice and said this has happened to several guests

I had to cancel (without refund) the morning of my planned one-night stay. No one's fault -- just outside issue due to overnight severe storms. Bottom line is that I can't assess this property because I never set foot in it.

Pleasant and quiet. Felt safe.

Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The restaurants in the facility were top notch and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
