Room was spacious, evening reception was wonderful for both kids and adults and the breakfast was fresh. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport!

There are very few luggage carts available, and the staff don’t seem to be helpful in trying to help getting one or helping disabled folks get their luggage to the room. Also, parking is 48$, even disabled spots. It’s a terrible place for disabled people to stay. We also called 3 times for an extra blankie for the sofa bed for our 3rd person (disabled) and the blanket never arrived. The facility is nice, clean and beautiful rooms, yummy breakfast - but the staff’s unhelpfulness - especially the guy at the front desk were not customer service oriented or problem-solvers. It soured the otherwise great hotel experience.

The hotel was average - a bed and a bathroom. The service at check in was one of the most disorganized and chaotic I've ever experienced. After arriving in the morning, we were told we could not get a room until after 4pm while we watched many others get their rooms. But if we paid $75 extra, they'd get us a room earlier. The temperature throughout the facility was very warm. The breakfast was overcrowded and closed 30 minutes earlier than posted. The airport shuttle drive was terrifying and aggressive. If you have to stay here, it's average and adequate, but in this customer service world, there are better options.

Fantastisk
The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was really good. When we checked in I was told the room I reserved was over booked and I would have to stay in a one bed room, it was 4 of us obviously that was upsetting but someone that was behind us told us he could give us his room that they will not be needing anymore. We stayed 2 nights it was great.

I would suggest everybody please do not book this hotel. It’s not only me I’ve seen so many other people were having a hard time to find their booked room because they were always say oh we overbooked me and my friends we booked this room for our trip and we had to beg for the room for at least five hours. Pretty much half of our day waste just waiting for the room to be ready for us.

Embassy Suites oversold the number of room and the front desk person did his best to accommodate us but unfortunately, the room they gave us was dirty and not clean. The property felt dingy and dirty and I would think twice about staying here. Watch out for this mosquitoes! I do not recommend this hotel and never book here again. Don’t worry, the manager won’t talk to the guests when things go wrong either. He or she will just force the poor front desk guy to deal with all of the angry people who don’t have rooms. There are plenty of other excellent hotels near LAX such as the Hyatt and Marriott brands.
