Staff were wonderful during our one-night stay during a busy national holiday: professional, proficient, but also proactively friendly and helpful. Much thanks to Lynda, Tom, Michael, and pretty much everyone we encountered. A very special thanks to Lynable, whose friendly welcome and farewell at check-in and check-out bookended very nice impressions of our brief but very pleasantly memorable stay. Thanks!

its my first use @ hotels.com. i ordered a suite that includes the club - breakfast and dinner + happy hour. breakfast was fine , but dinner and happy hour was insulting - i asked for beer and got refused.

Hotel is dated but located in the area I have meetings for days so it’s very convenient. Rooms are clean even the property is dated, lower floors don’t have coffee machines in the room, you have to request. Service is great, I had horrible toothache they helped me bought medication. They said no smoking in the room, but once you open the door, you can smell the smoke.

This was my first stay at this hotel. It is close to a subway station and Hongqiao airport and railway station. There are no restaurants, shopping, or amenities near the hotel. The room temperature stayed a warm-for-me 24C+ unless I opened the vent windows in the room. The outside noise was not obtrusive when I did so. Meals were excellent. If you like Starbucks, you will appreciate that there is a shop at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay overall

There are not so many people stay at this Hotel, No bar at all. They wont refund my deposit after three month. I have to talk to Orbitz and my credit card company for help. For foreigner, Stay away from this Hotel.
