The hotel was clean but the first night there the remote wouldn’t work with the tv and we called twice to get it fixed and after an hour plus of waiting I walked down to the front desk and they had been sending help to the wrong room. The shower curtain is too short and water gets all over the floor so you have to use a bath towel to clean it up which wouldn’t be a problem but even after we requested housekeeping to come in the next morning they didn’t. So once again I had to take a trip to the front desk to get a towel. It’s close to universal and they offer a shuttle service for free which is really the only benefit of this hotel.

The area is accessible to all the parks of Universal Studio and the entire area of the International Drive, the breakfast is excellent and they have a lot of variety, the room was impeccable, the only thing I did not agree was their television must change it since it had damage to the screen. Very recommended, this hotel is cheap in terms of price per night.

My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights and nothing to complain about. Inside the room everything was clean only thing is that breakfast it’s not included if you want some it’s $12 per person.
