Great stsy

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room had a casino, and that was part of the reason for my stay.

Obviously, we enjoyed the casino which was spacious and clean. The room was adequate size wise and the bathroom setup was quite comfortable for 2 people.Ate at the steakhouse and food was excellent. We did have some issues with communication and the front desk. Asked to have our room cleaned which was what they told us to do upon check in but retuned later in the day to find room not cleaned. Also told front desk that our tablet in our room was not working. Nobody was ever sent to fix it as promised. Not a big deal except the tablet is what you are asked to use to access hotel services. Our air conditioning was not working properly which we reported twice but it was never addressed. Hotel location was convenient to wedding we were attending but will have to give some thought as to whether we will return to stay again. Valets are WONDERFUL though…very helpful😊

Such a fun stay, clean room and late night eats!

Beautiful hotel! My mother inlaw fell and was injured. The staff and security were there immediately. The staff was amazing. They gave great first aid. Our room was beautiful.

I liked everything about the property. Will def stay again during my next visit.

Very nice hotel, will stay again

Room was nice, did stay 2 nights they gave us a room with a attached door..and had to listen to screaming kids for 2 nights called down and staff was not very helpful just sent up security second night went to desk manager still didn't help.said they over booked and could not gets us a new room. Said even though children cant be in the casino they can stay in the rooms..I thought this was ridiculous. Not happy

My stay at Potawatomi was great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only hiccup was the water pressure from the bathroom faucet was really slow.
