Found a sanitary wrapper in our restroom. Told staff and all they said was they’d check on it.

We were supposed to have maid service 2nd day and they never came..We had to go down twice for towels..

There were no shower curtain in the bathroom. There was no television inside the bedroom area.

Love the location, if you don't mind hearing the train on the tracks early morning and at night behind you. Great place to stay!

They make my trip to San Diego worst with my family. For cleaning they charge $250 + . Staff and manager are rude. And they charge so much even . Suggest never say in this hotel. am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel and to request a full refund for the amount charged. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. The level of service, professionalism, and customer care demonstrated by the hotel management was far below any reasonable hospitality standard. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult, and the staff appeared uninterested in assisting guests. Instead of receiving a warm welcome, I was met with an unprofessional attitude and a lack of courtesy. The front desk personnel seemed irritated whenever I asked basic questions regarding the property, amenities, and policies. As a paying guest, I expected respectful and professional treatment, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The condition of the accommodation itself was also unsatisfactory. The room did not meet the standards that were advertised at the time of booking. Several aspects of the room appeared poorly maintained, and it was evident that guest comfort was not a priority. Rather than feeling relaxed and welcomed, I immediately felt frustrated and concerned about the quality of my stay. What made the situation significantly worse was

Newly remodeled, gorgeous rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. We would stay again if in the area for sure!

It was our first time in San Diego and this hotel was perfect! It was very clean, the staff was super helpful and kind and the breakfast in the morning was perfect!
