The hotel looks very nice. We may have been the unlucky family this weekend. First the AC wasn’t operating in the room. Then we requested a bassinet/infant bed to find a twin size bed in the room. When we notified the reception we were told they didn’t have anymore. So we had to make do with our 11 month old sleeping between us. I was also overcharged for parking and their charging ports didn’t work. Thankfully it was mostly just a place for us to sleep and not enjoy the hotel

Rooms are dated. Elevator service was odd. We could not access the floor our children were on without going to the lobby

Staff: Fine, but not eager to please. I believe they were understaffed as not once was the phone ever picked up on the first time, whether it be reception, room service, or housekeeping. I had to call several times and received a recorded message many times before finally reaching a live person. Housekeeping: Did not clean our rooms despite having the “do not disturb signs” off. Area behind the bathroom sinks was revolting. Towels are awful—like a piece of cardboard! General Condition: Appeared well kept up. Oddly configured with apparently no way to comfortably iron. While we stayed, Europe was going through a heatwave, but with that being said, the reason we picked a modern hotel was to assure good air conditioning, but it completely failed! We were miserable. Food: The room service items and breakfast items were surprisingly delicious. Once you could get a hold of RS, it was extremely fast, approximately 20 minutes. The Caesar Salads and Pizza were outstanding.

The service is inconsistent. There were days when our room was cleaned and there was a day when it wasn't. The day when the room wan't cleaned created a lot of difficulty as we have to do multiple calls to ask for basic things like fresh towels and toilet paper. It made our last day preparing for the flight needlesly exhausting. The focus on the design without thinking about usability is absurd. Why is there a need for a bathtub in the middle of the bathroom while having a separate shower and toilet that shares a sliding door? The doors between the toilet and shower are see through- No privacy. Then there's this vault like clunky cabinet that holds the safe, fridge and kettle, it's taking up so kuch space and blocks a lot of room when it's in use.

Wonderful breakfast and very clean room!

Good location, near to Trams provides easy access to airport and city transportation.

Broken fridge and light switch. Bath plug broken so water would not stay in. Not what you expect from a high price hotel.

Fun but bad service

I love the food/ GRAND breakfast buffet, the staff and the classy -looking place .

The hotel is very pretty and only 15 minutes from the central rail station. Very quiet room.
