The room at 1114 was cleaned and the bedding set everyday. The staff specially Fluke and Tom were very helpful. Fluke always greet us with a smile and was very courteous. Talks with us everyday while we wait for our Grab ride asking us how are vacation was going. He thanked us for staying at their hotel on the day we departed.

To my surprise this was a last second booking due to other hotels booked for songkran. this hotel is PERFECT for Songran located right in the heart of Bangkok, very clean and amazing staff and buffett.

I can only commend on Dom of Concierge who was very helpful and accommodating to us. I booked for 3 people and they know that but I always need to remind them to provide for 3 sets of towels. The room is not so clean, the water closet has stains. The only thing I liked is the location and the service given by Dom.
