Reasonable rates and great shower pressure

Except for the bed the room was well below standard and would fail to meet operational certification. Numerous issues: Black mould Electrical power switch in bathroom hanging out Electric shock from light switch in bathroom Toilet not secure to floor and you just about fall off E.T.C DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!! I will be finding out what authority to report this business to with photos.

The staff were very friendly although we did ask for more towels5 times and never received any... even after walking down to reception twice.

Unfortunately it's an overall zero star rating for my liking the bathroom toilet had a whole in the plumbing therefore when the toilet is flushed it all comes back out through the hole in the broken plumbing pipe it was actually quite bad and wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone

Friendly staff and the rooms are clean

I was in the budget room i think its called, very basic but everything i need for the one night stop in.

Very run down place, heat pump didn't work and it was 3°,bed wasn't comfortable the room came with a large double bed it was only 2 singles put together and they kept moving apart while I slept. Was very noisy every time someone would come in the door would slam shut and vibrate the walls. Other than that it was a pleasant stay staff were nice especially the chef icr cream was yum!

Resturant was really good, hotel and room run down, needs refurbishing and not in the best part of town but clean. Air con needs cleaning but for 1 night it did what it had to do.

When the shower was blocked i went and ask if someone could come and have a look A lady came and handed me a plunger But the dinner was very good that night

Séjour très décevant pour un établissement présenté comme 4 étoiles. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est froid et impersonnel, avec un accès fermé obligeant à attendre pour entrer. La chambre semble propre au premier abord, mais plusieurs éléments sont en dessous du standard attendu : lit « king size » composé de deux matelas séparés qui se déplacent, absence de vue, linge limité, climatisation bruyante. Des problèmes plus sérieux sont également à noter, notamment des traces d’humidité et de moisissure accompagnées d’odeurs persistantes. Le « spa » annoncé est trompeur, se limitant à un simple jacuzzi extérieur sans autres équipements. La nuit, une nuisance sonore importante (appel téléphonique bruyant en pleine nuit) n’a fait l’objet d’aucune intervention. Le personnel n’a ni communiqué clairement les procédures de contact nocturne, ni présenté d’excuses après signalement, ce qui soulève des questions sur la gestion et la sécurité. L’environnement général contribue aussi à une expérience négative : présence non mentionnée d’une salle de jeux à l’entrée avec odeur de cigarette, ambiance peu accueillante, et petit-déjeuner très basique sans attention du personnel. Malgré un emplacement pratique près de l’aéroport et la gentillesse du personnel de ménage, l’expérience globale reste très insatisfaisante. Un écart notable est constaté entre la présentation de l’établissement et la réalité.
