God
There was no water at 5am, we found a contact lens on the bed, and the splash pad is on the older side. The staff is sooooooooooooooooo strict about the stupid wristband. Presenting them at the entrance should be enough, but no the attendant made us put them on before we could go in - not only were we carrying a baby trying to hold a toddler and a child plus our bags (very inconsiderate of them). Based on past experiences with the baby and wristband I didn't want to put it on him, yet the staff insisted we should. I was then told the adult had to wear it for them. Very unhappy guest.

Easy walk to Disneyland. No food options on ground but several spots within walking distance. Very quiet, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Would stay again!

Rachel at the front desk was super helpful at arrival, and made sure we were set up perfectly! Top notch customer service and both the pools were clean and very accommodating. I would recommend to any families with kids that love to play in the water.

Great location within walking distance of the Anaheim Disney parks. Great room options for families with kids. Nice pool area. Close access to fast food for breakfast on the way to Disney parks. Easy access to I-5. About one hour from Universal Hollywood.
