The room was well maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot spring on the top floor was a huge plus. I also liked the location of the hotel (close to bus stops and restaurants).

Eco-friendly hotel with outstanding staff. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location and breakfast food. The onsen was a huge plus. Highly recommended.

The staff, service, and food were all excellent. The only thing I could make a comment on was the age of the room. The room itself was clean but not as up-to-date like other hotels. Overall our stay was great.

The hotel is good location. Near the city centre of Taoyuan. But, the room is not good quality. I can hear the noise or talking from next room.
