The hotel was perfectly located, excellent staff and amenities. The only thing I took issue with was that when booking I selected Xcover insurance under the proviso I could cancel the insurance for full refund right up to 8th July. I sent an email on 1st July advising my intent to cancel the insurance, I heard nothing….. I sent at least 3 follow up emails asking for assistance in order to cancel before the 8th July. I have still not heard anything. I felt I was mislead with the ability to cancel this insurance when it was offered/sold by Expedia. I have a copy of all my attempts to contact XCover if you would like to look into it.

For view alone it was absolutely worth it. The harbor view was one of the top two hotel views I’ve ever had. The pool was lovely, indoors and heated. Housekeeping was great the room was perfect. The only small negative was that we purchased breakfast included and breakfast was repetitive and options limited (and a lot of them were things we didn’t like), also the staff is very particular at breakfast for instance I had 2 adults and 3 kids, the kid offerings were even more limited (and not things my kids liked) and I was told I couldn’t upgrade them (even at additional cost) to an adult option (the kids eggs and sausage were not liked by any of the five of us - and were very unpicky basic breakfast people) and we couldn’t change anything (eg not possible to sub bacon for sausage). So we didn’t look forwards to breakfast particularly (although my husband loved the eggs Benedict and I loved the iced coffees). Also two mornings we had service issues, one morning in particular they didn’t come to take our order so I found them and then they forgot to put our order in (granted that was a busy day but others who came in after us had already finished and left before we even got our food). In retrospect I definitely wouldn’t have added breakfast, everything else was excellent though.

Perfect suite for our family of four. The washer dryer in unit was a major plus. Great breakfast and superb location.

Room 1106 has fantastic views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. As a family of 5 we had plenty of room to stretch out and rest in between adventures. The location is very convenient to cafes, trams etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The apartment was spacious, clean, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The view to the harbour, Opera House and the Harbour Bridge was spectacular. The pool and spa area were clean and the decoratively painted walls added to the pleasant atmosphere. Service at breakfast was excellent particularly Egan and Giselle made my special order coffee perfectly. The food was well prepared and delicious. All the staff with whom we interacted were helpful and efficient. Assistance arrived immediately to a technical issue with the house phone and later the TV remote control. We had an enjoyable stay.

Great location so close to the harbour and the rocks

The view was spectacular. Could not get better! We didn’t want to leave it - even to go on our harbour cruise. Rooms were clean and modern and the beds were so comfortable. The Shower in the main bathroom was tiny and there was built up grime around the bottom of the shower door and under the sink benchtop. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, so overall the apartment felt very clean. Concierge was just lovely and could not have been more welcoming and supportive, bringing ice to our room and suggesting places to visit and eat. Spa, sauna and pool were a bonus on our last morning. We were able to cut through the four seasons down to Circular Quay, which was also handy. So close to everything too! We were all so impressed and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Fantastic room with a view, breakfast very nice, but a bit slow to get hot meals which was difficult with children. Staff had difficulty organising the bedding for us. But organised swiftly once realised. We had a lovely weekend with family
