Under gennemsnittet
Terrible nights sleep - was advised on arrival that the aircon to much of the hotel is being upgraded, unfortunately my allocated room was affected and suffered a very restless night sleep in an extremely hot room which ironically was above the vents for 4 very noisy air conditioning units in the restaurant which kept me up most of the night

Really good location - do easy to walk such short distance into the town. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. The room was pretty good though I felt the shower arrangement was a bit dated- I would be looking for a walk-in shower, if they have them. Quite happy to stay there again.

Just an overnight stay after attending Stratford races but the hotel didn’t disappoint. A lovely outdoor space for drinks snacks or coffee the breakfast was all you could have asked for with plenty of choice. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Some works going onto to upgrade the AC system but no issues for us. Would recommend.

Beautifully spacious and clean, air conditioned room. Excellent outside/garden space with lovely atmosphere, where you can sit into the night thanks to the plentiful heaters. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were brilliant 'extras' and we even took the chance for a treatment with Catalina. Would highly recommend and we will return.
