The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entrance/ramp was awful and very difficult getting the luggage cart in and through the doorway. Open butter dish in the breakfast area with a shared butter knife was unacceptable. Sometimes a shared bottle of jam was there also. The building is in need of repair. One spot in the room had a big dip and one mattress had a cavern; no one could have slept on that side. Refrigerators in the room was nice; it would have been good to have microwaves.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is NO AIRPORT shuttle. Expedia has the wrong information. We were meeting a couple from England and purposely booked this Super 8 for the shuttle. My bathroom ceramic floor was cracked; the bathtub had the finish peeling off. My husband called the motel a "dump."

Dirty sheets, dried snot on sheets, tv wouldn’t work, door card wouldn’t work. Knife stab mark through bathroom door. Whole place smelled of pot.

Paying over $100 per night for a room with a broken bed, sunken mattress, dirty walls, broken floors, and dirty everything else feels too absurd to not say anything. The whole hotel smells like it hasn’t been cleaned or updated since they stopped allowing smoking back in the early 2000s. We stuck around for 10 minutes total before deciding that it was more worth our time, and probably better for our health, to drive 4 hours home at midnight instead of sleeping here. Would not recommend.

This hotel is not in a very good area. The staff was nice, the rooms were not clean at all there was dried up food on one of the blankets. There was empty fortune cookies rappers with the fortunes and cookie crumbs in my bed.

The place wasn’t very clean. Our bathroom door wouldn’t latch. The shower was leaking Water really bad. We marked that motel off the list to stay next year. And the second night when we went to go back to the motel, they locked us out of our rooms.
