Location Denton the airport. Had a nice view of the ocean but that’s about. All rooms face into an open air hallway making the humidity still and air not moving. All hallways smell strongly of “wet mold”. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious, however our door wouldn’t lock (the lock wouldn’t turn at all) the door frame looked as if termites had eaten the entire thing, cobwebs in doorways, dust everywhere. First night seemed ok, second night our second room had a swarm of flying bugs attracted to the lights. It was almost midnight and we were too tired to call so we killed them as best as we could. In the morning complained and the only offer was “sorry for the inconvenience”. I couldn’t wait to leave. For the two nights we stayed it did the job but I would t recommend anyone staying here unless your budget insists or if you want to be close to the airport. We’ve stayed at many Hiltons and are Honors members but this is the grossest location we’ve stayed at.

We loved the staff and the place has the potential to be gorgeous. Unfortunately, the carpet in the halls and rooms should have been replaced a while ago. The elevator was looked tore up and trashy. It's a really nice place that has been neglected on the upkeep. Some of the doorways of the rooms need the wood trim replaced and new door jams. A dinner restaurant on location would be fantastic.

The room had a damp smell (maybe the rug or air conditioner), but otherwise it was clean. Didn’t care for the shower design, no doors or curtains? - the water kept splashing outside of the shower.

This hotel saved our trip only because the room itself was clean, well-maintained and we needed it only for spending the night. However, for the price we paid I would find something better if I would know. Our overall experience was a frustrating rollercoaster due to inaccurate descriptions and strange service issues. I booked this stay through Expedia, relying heavily on the online pictures and descriptions. I paid extra for an Ocean View room, but upon arrival, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. After complaining, the concierge thankfully changed our room to the correct view, but only because they happened to have availability. The biggest issues were with housekeeping and privacy: * No cleaning: The hotel policy states rooms are cleaned every second day. During our entire 5-night stay, our room was never cleaned, and the trash was never taken out. * Privacy violations: Despite the lack of cleaning, staff entered our room twice during our stay while completely ignoring our "Do Not Disturb" sign. On one of those occasions, someone entered while we were out and simply turned our TV on for some bizarre reason. The hotel description online is also quite misleading regarding amenities: * The on-site restaurant is only open for breakfast. * There is a tiki bar on site, but it offers a very limited menu for dinner, overpriced and very plain. * The beach adjacent to the inn is disappointing, featuring murky water that isn't ideal for swimming.

Great views from the hotel grounds. Convenient location. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is a bit older but overall, suited our needs. Unless you request more frequent service, cleaning is every other day so stocking more amenities like coffee and towels would be nice. Both our rooms ran out of kleenex. Food and adult beverages at Mamahune's was so-so. Virgin piña colada was delicious!

Everything was perfect for my boys first time experience

Loved the location! The staff were wonderful. Beautiful sun rises each morning.
