Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful. There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer. Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay. I got there a little early and was made to wait in the lobby until check in time (which was fine), but then told it was going to be "another hour" for my room to be ready, and then, after some staff discussions, they found me a room. They didn't seem too thrilled. Upon check out I discovered I had a free breakfast and I asked the front desk person at 10:06 am if I could still get breakfast and he told me that I had missed breakfast because it "closed at 10 am." But then I walked to the breakfast room and it was filled with people and the host gladly sat me. The attitude should be to make customers happy, which is not the attitude of the people in reception at all.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful location. Rooms were wonderful, very spacious with great amenities. Food was very good, recommend this hotel highly!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were absolutely delighted with our choice to stay at Sheen Falls Lodge. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. The hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. Our room was outstanding, with a phenomenal view overlooking the water that made it difficult to leave. Waking up to such beautiful scenery was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We stayed for two nights before continuing our journey, and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Sheen Falls Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it and would gladly return on a future visit to Ireland.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Beautiful food, helpful staff, beautiful room. Great spa experience also. Francisco in the Stables restaurant where we had dinner was exceptional and so good at his job. He was happy doing his job, always smiling and so helpful in making our dining experience relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you Francisco.

Yes bar was well stocked, room was lovely with view of the Falls, staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was enjoyable. sauna and steam room just right, grounds were so well kept .
