Ich war jetzt zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Zufahrtsstraße und liegt sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist komfortabel eingerichtet ist verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett eine Couch und einen Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen großen Pool, einen Gym, und eine Tiefgarage. Auch wird täglich ein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Im Küchenteil befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, ein Toaster ein Wasserkocher, Töpfe , Pfannen und Besteck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es war wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The property and rooms are very very dated. The pictures are not what it seems. There’s a musty smell. Staff was okay. Kitchen had no cutlery, dish soap and there’s bugs. Pool is falling apart. One good thing is it is close to amenities.

The staff mainly the room service staff members were great. The WiFi in that building needs to be improved. I’ve stayed in that building previously on a couple of occasions and it seems that the icheckinn WiFi is very slow and keeps dropping connection compared to the other rooms let by Airbnb hosts.

The hotel pictures are a lie the place is dirty nothing like the pictures the bed is horrible the pillows are dirty just covered with clean linen the bathroom was mouldy and the smell horrendous I got bit to pieces in the room every night the pool area is a joke nothing more to say wouldn’t let my dog get in that pool the staff ordered me a taxi one morning as the airport had lost my case so I went to pick them up 5 days later to get picked up in a taxi the man at reception said he had sorted to be taken down a dirt road while the driver tryed to climb in the back of the taxi with me said he wanted a selfie he got a few punches to the head he soon unlocked the door after numerous try to keep looking im then followed me bk to the hotel asking no police I feel reception had known something wasn’t right he was shocked when my husband came back down with me defo never again will I stay there and do t recommend to anyone else

Was assigned a spacious two rooms apartment which was very nice but the room needs some renovation to be done to the wall and floor board. The bathroom is smell of sewage smell. Otherwise, good amenities for cooking and washing.

Everything is run down. Rust and corrosion on everything in the room. Terrible smell. I have stayed all over in this area and this is the worst place we have stayed for how expensive it was.

Garbage cans overflowing with trash every day, rodent in my room

The room could use some paint and the kitchen was sparsely furnished compared to other condos. The pool, exercise room, location, and staff are wonderful - this was my third time staying in this building. Although it's more than 1 km to the beach and Soi Bangla, it's nice to stay somewhere that's very quiet, especially at night. I'll be back!
