Requested extended 4 hour stay for hospital visit before we booked in- was told it was okay and agreed to the extra charge. When booking in were told sorry, unable to supply the room for an extra 4 hours and would not even look at an alternative room before we booked in.
There were rooms still available on the internet when we checked. Dont understand their attitude - we have stayed there several times over the years. In addition, we were told we could stay until midday, reception called at 5 past 11 and asked us to leave.
Right hand doesnt talk to the left hand and I dont think they care either way.
Reception Managers attitude is all wrong. This is not a 5 star hotel.
