The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again.

The hotel is a nice. Though short on wash cloths and the tub water handle was broke and the toilet flapper needs replacing.

The staff were all kind and helpful. Pleasant faces to arrive to and depart from. Pool was great, perfect temperature. Room was clean and cozy

My room was clean over all when I arrived except they didnt put a new trash bag in the bathroom Still had a beer can from the last occupants. The heat/cool unit was flashing 24/7 red and blue lights. It was distracting to sleep, I put shoes over the vents, to cover the flashing lights.I slept well after that. I give it a 4.5 of 5 stars. Minor oversight. But like I said overall stay was excellent.

We are very pleased to stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room is nice and beds are comfy. We went to the pool and fitness room, both are well maintained. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is so nice

This hotel is in need of updating and repairs. The pool was closed. The workout room had minimal equipment. Our hotel room A/C wasn’t working very well. The hotel is west of the bridge from downtown which is a convenient location, but the surrounding neighborhood doesn’t seem very safe.
