Our room #333 the toilet need fixing kept leaking , and the rug in our room has a smell once you have check in and gone straight to the room.

Breakfast wasn’t good , the max wash clothes you can get is 3 . Which is crazy if you have a family of 5 . But room was clean , housekeeper was very pleasant . Overall I had a good experience. And I love the free parking .

Stayed one night. Came in on a redeye. Took shuttle to hotel and left luggage with front desk. Free breakfast was fine. Shuttle leaves from hotel every 30 minutes. Please note that the shuttle picks up at the airport at P3 station. It’s supposed to go to zone 3, but often pulled into zone 1, so you have to pay attention to the shuttles. Also, there are 2 Holiday Inns, one in Newark and one in Elizabeth (this one).

This is at best an average hotel. Staff is not very pleasant and room needs some attention. You can’t beat the location and shuttle service

Staff was friendly, place is a bit run down with lots of broken amenities but for a one night stay because of cancellations that always happen at Newark it was a life saver. Honestly if you’re flying thru Newark I’d plan on your flight being cancelled 3x now! Enjoy your stay!
