It is what is it. It’s a place to stay. The shower design is poor. Water drained everywhere. Showerhead falling apart even after calling for service.

The staff were nice but had no one to carry our luggage. The bed was not the best as it was just 2 double beds pushed together, but either from that the hotel is located in a good location as it was walkable to the beach (2 min) and restaurants in the area.

We checked. In a little late than normal. There was only one staff at the counter. No one to assist us with the luggage and breakfast food was very limited and not that good. Location was pretty close to the beach which was a plus

They have card system that put the card to have all electronic equipment turned on the room and air conditioning. Only give you one key, meaning, every time when you come back to the hotel room, have to wait until the room will be cooled down when your whole clothes are soak in with sweat.

Receptionist Ngọc Phương is the best: nice, friendly, kind, caring, generous. The breakfast choices are variabơ and tasty. The services are super!

The room is clean but I was disappointed when the room have a good shower but the drainage is BAD. The water keep going out of the toilet and wetting the whole bathroom yet I had to complain everyday which gives me discomfort of my trip and the staff said they will fix it but then the engineer said cannot be fix and told to not use the shower fully turn on. I mean you provide good shower and you tell your guest that DO not turn the full shower on. My stay was discomfort as constantly told to change room yet same issue. - Room was not sound proof. Can hear people outside talking so loud. Advantage : Good pool view and nice pool :)
