Amazing service. We went for our anniversary and was so happy with everything the hotel had to offer! The check in staff for us were amazing and got us a great dinner reservation and butler service was very sweet.

Our stay at the St. Regis in Macau was spectacular. The attention to detail and the awesome staff from the moment we walked in was great. The location is very convenient for shopping or walking around. You can easily get transportation in the front to anywhere in Macau. The breakfast at The Manor had a wide variety of foods to choose from and it was delicious. We would love to return and stay at the St. Regis again.

The hotep was very good and the staff was very professional. Big shout-out to Chris at the front desk. He was very helpful and even send our bags to the room when we decided to spend time in the looby.

Clean, spacious and quiet room. All staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Joy from coincerge who gave great recommendations on places to visit and dine at. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Wide range of shops nearby. Plenty of eating places. Close to buses and the MTR.

Stuart Wayne Douglas, the General Manager, and his team truly provided a memorable hospitality experience for us during our stay at St Regis (Macao). Having traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that this Hotel Brand is genuinely exceptional. I will consider/prioritize St Regis Hotels for any of my future and upcoming travel plans. I would personally like to thank Mr. Wayne Douglas for being an awesome human being and taking a bit of his time to simply have a short conversation during our check-in.
