The room was clean, but it feels quite dated. The carpet is old and there was a noticeable odor in the room. The bed linens and towels were clean, which I appreciated, but the pillows and mattress were far too soft for my liking. The bed was also quite squeaky, which made it less comfortable and affected the overall experience.

Clean, comfortable and incredibly close to moonstone beach. The breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our room. Will stay here again!

From the friendly greeting by Tati to the excellent breakfast delivered, everything was perfect. Our room was cozy, quiet and private. We had a beautiful view of ocean. Will definitely be staying again!

One one of our favorite weekend getaways! Location to the beach in town make it a wonderful place to stay. Jill is kind and gave us the best customer service needed for a perfect weekend.

The staff member who checked me in was overly giddy and hard to understand. She told me to have my breakfast selection outside my room door by 7:00. She didn't specify 7PM. I assumed it was 7AM since it was breakfast and the selections were not complicated (breakfast burritos etc) I placed my selection outside my door at 6AM. No breakfast arrived so I had to go to front desk. Staff members responses were intimating it was my fault. I thought I had done what was required. Even if I didn't put selection out at 7PM the day prior to breakfast, the Staff should have simply apologize for any problem and ensure me that a breakfast would be delivered. I did get my breakfast but the insinuation that it was my fault (not an honest mistake) could have been handled better. 'Im sorry to hear you didn't get your breakfast. What would you like and may I have someone bring that as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience'
