It’s just so easy, there’s never a problem with check in, the rooms are always clean, the location is perfect for going to the stadium

Ideally situated in a busy plaza. Lots going on.

The Palmer Collective is centrally located in Townsville. It has its own bar and restaurant and this is the highlight of the property. The rooms are quite small, and unless I am mistaken servicing is only changing any towels and making the bed. If it is supposed to include light cleaning of the shower, toilet and basin then this is not done at all. We stayed her on two occasions and the biggest problem we had was the cleanliness of the service, when done. Nor is there any information available about the servicing. The Bar and Restaurant are great, staff are very helpful, food and drink is excellent and a reasonable price considering the many options in the locality. Parking is free and behind the hotel with plenty of available parking.

I was super impressed with this well costed accomodation in a great location. Bar and food right downstairs and easy parking and functional facilities.

Great location, clean and welcoming staff

Room was small with no opening window which made it stuffy. Milk and coffee and tea were supplied but no spoon. No microwave. Hotel parking was full by 5pm each day and no alternative street parking available within reasonable walking distance. Cannot recommend.
