Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was more than enough space for two people. The balcony was a welcome surprise especially that it can be accessed via both the bedroom and the den. Choose this accom and you won't regret it. I will deffo book again if I go back to Budapest!

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was disappointing. The unit had not been cleaned well at all, and it showed throughout our stay. The beds were uncomfortable, with mattresses so old that the springs creaked with every movement, making it hard to sleep. There were no proper pillows provided—only decorative ones—which made sleeping even more uncomfortable. When we arrived, the main bed had no sheets, and we had to request them from the front desk. The bedding that was provided appeared old and not fully clean, with noticeable hair and stains.
The towels were thin, worn, and barely dried you off. The listing stated that towels would be replenished on the second day and used ones retrieved, but we only received two clean towels, and the used ones were left in the tub. The floors were also dirty, and while this was uncomfortable for us as adults, I would not allow a child or baby to crawl on them. In addition, although check-in time was listed as 3:00 p.m., our room was still not ready at that time. Overall, the apartment felt unkept, in need of a deep cleaning, and would benefit from updating.
On a positive note, the location was convenient—quiet, safe, and close to the metro, restaurants, Stop & Shop, and a grocery store. The front desk receptionists were responsive, and communication was good. The AC worked reasonably well but did not cool the entire apartment.
The apartment needs significant improvement before we would stay again.
