Room had a little bit smell when we entered but the smell disappeared after the air conditioner was on. There might be unseen flies and I got fly bites twice during our 3 nights stay; the carpet appears rather old, and we felt it was not even when walking on it. We had weak shower spray experience, the showerhead appears to have flower restrictor. Staff are friendly.

Hotel aside from having amazing views, has lots of updating to do. AC didnt work on our rooms. They set to a temperature you can't change. I booked 2 rooms both had the same issue. It was aways from the city, Hotel definitely could use some renovation.

Great spot for vacationers. We just had to cross the street to reach multiple trains stations. Day trips to nara, kobe, the osaka aquarium etc. Room had plenty of accessories. Multiple restaurants just outside of the door. Had lawson, different conbini's all nearby. The hotel had a great view. Housekeeping was prompt, all very nice.

Breakfast is served on both Level 2 and Level 20. However, the breakfast on Level 2 was very basic and did not meet the standard I would have expected after paying an additional US$35 for breakfast. I booked my stay through Expedia, and the hotel staff informed me that guests who purchase breakfast through Expedia are assigned to the Level 2 breakfast venue. Unfortunately, I regretted including breakfast in my room booking because of the limited offering. If breakfast quality is important to you, I recommend confirming before booking whether your reservation includes access to the Level 20 breakfast venue rather than Level 2. Other than the breakfast experience, my overall impression of the hotel was very positive. The harbour views were excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities.

Really great hotel located about 4 to 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel room and the entire property was clean and well maintained. The room was stocked with waters, toothbrushes and toothpastes, little hair brushes and much more. Housekeeping and towel changing was done daily unless you put out the do not disturb sign. There’s a cafe/restaurant located inside the hotel and stores right outside the hotel doors or very close by. Laundry room was extremely small though and machines were always full whenever we tried to go down and do laundry, but there’s a laundromat about a 5 minute walk away. We also had an amazing view of the bay. Would definitely stay again!

Honestly one of the best stays in Japan so far , if you are planning to stay anywhere in Osaka this hotel is very nice and convenient, train station is about a 2-3 min walk , plenty of restaurants right inside the actual hotel building , a 24/7 family mart right outside for any late night snack or beer run, staff was very professional and kind , not to mention a sky buffet with an amazing view ! , just a 10/10 would stay again if I’m ever in Osaka again .
