Fantastic, Daniella could not have been more helpful in accommodating us and our wedding party!

Thank you!

Good

Breakfast was really great. Lots of choice and service was on par

Great value, service and cleanliness. Number of restaurants within 10 minutes and a grocery store across the street. Great for basing a London journey / Wimbledon.

The hotel was in a great location in Chelsea. We ate dinner at a local restaurant, caught the water taxi, which was a very short walk away, and got something snacks at the small market across the street. The downside was we couldn’t figure out the a/c, and we couldn’t leave the windows cracked open because of the street noise. There weren’t many place to put things - a small wardrobe, no hooks in the bathroom. The lighting was very dim, even in the bathroom mirror light they did provide a magnifying lighted mirror which made putting on makeup a little easier. Their breakfast was a little expensive, but we did have dinner in their restaurant one night and were pleased. All in all everything was satisfactory.

Great stay as always, helpful staff and clean rooms. Great spot too for parking dining etc.

Furniture in lobby needs updating. Room needed an arm chair. No television in bar area to watch World Cup games.

Clean room and helpful staff. Not ideally located if you want to travel into central London on public transport

Property was great! Hotel staff was very friendly
