Great staff, very accommodating and helpful. Tight quarter, but wasn't there for along run, so it worked. Clean, safe etc..

The price for the location is worthed, it’s clean but need to change Lu dry policy for people stay in 2 weeks to use the Lundry mat

Room is clean and quiet (even the room is at 2/F). Staff is gentle, polite and kind. Smooth check in/out. The only minor stuff is that the bed of twins bed room is bit narrow. It may be too narrow for a bulky guy.

Overall the stay was pleasant and the location of this hotel is convenient. There was an issue with the hotel access, as there are some steps of staircases from the ground level to reach to the check-in and passenger lifts lobby! It’s a bit difficult to carry heavy large luggage bags to access the hotel entrance. There are a bit of noises in the early morning coming from the road, as the hotel is on the lower floor levels! Staffs are helpful to provide support and assistance.
