No shower gel upon arrival, our maid said that they have been waiting for supplies for 3 days, Apparently not enough pool towels for all guests..very helpful staff/front desk/room maid

I like that the room is clean and spacious with full kitchen that comes with big fridge, dishwasher, stove, and even cooking utensils! The staffs are very welcoming, and the place is peaceful. I love everything about it!

The property has is well placed with lots of options for eating and buying things you may need. There is a Walmart walking 10 minutes away and a Publix 20 minute walk, 7 minute drive. Also, right off 75 and plenty of parking. Beach is 16 minutes away. Nice property and is kept up. The breakfast buffet is a nice one. And there are two staff taking care of the food and room. Makes a difference. Only issue I had was the king size bed. It was way too soft…like a water bed. I had to climb out to get out. Two of us felt like we were in a hammock. Sure, some folks, and if you are a single sleeping, easy. Not great for two. BTW. Room we had was very spacious. Only, there was only one chair.

Property and rooms were clean. Check in was fast and simple. Location was great for what we needed. I was displeased with the fact that we had no filter holder or pot in the coffee maker. We called the front desk and they never brought one up. The free coffee in the breakfast area was pretty gross. Why on earth is there a room at a place designed for extended stay that is missing its coffee making essentials?

Nice play to stay with the family, near to I75 exit and with a Walmart a Publix less than two months les from the hotel…
