They did not have our booking when we arrived and made us wait In reception while they sorted it out. We booked a deluxe room but it was a very small inside room, and no smart tv

Good location for what we were visiting. Decent sized room with large comfy bed. Lots of switches which was a bit confusing. Housekeeping and restaurant staff very helpful and courteous, as were reception staff. Had internal room so no natural light, but lots of lights in room.
