The room was absolutely gorgeous! Even though there was some rain, we still got to enjoy our plunge pool since it had a roof and walls surrounding it, which also made it very private. The breakfast had an amazing variety and was so delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Loved this resort and will definitely be back!!

The staff were absolutely incredible , although the check in experience felt cheap and Disney-esque , along with the laminated menus in the rooms … the room however was not up to standard , it was noisy at all times of day , with it being right in front of what seemed to be a main road , totally ruined the feeling of privacy .

This place was a dream, we stayed at the yaya and I don’t think there could have been a better view. This place, the food and staff were great. It was a great relaxing way to end our trip. We definitely wish we stayed a few more nights, but we will definitely be back! They literally have everything and anything you need. The transportation to all the amenities is so genius. The gym was perfect everything was so clean. The beach was close and little shops and restaurants were so convenient 10/10 recommend!

The property well maintained. However so e design solution not practical like short headboard ( nearly none existent) no chair With back support ( only one low bench). Mattress toppers and pillows of not a good quality and old (mouldy) made us allergic. Also the room is clean and with good choosen. The breakfast was inconsistent first day its was wow then next day its was so unpalatable ( nearly uneatable) third day again good. Plenty of trainee staff who like robots only can convey some basic ( mostly unnecessary information ) with clear lack of knowledge to answer other questions or queries that you might have .

I recently stayed at Sri Panwa Phuket and overall had a lovely experience. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views that really elevate the entire stay. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the private pool was definitely a highlight. The food throughout the resort was amazing—everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. One of the standout experiences was visiting the rooftop bar, Baba Nest. The atmosphere there is incredible, and the sunset view was absolutely breathtaking and very relaxing. The only downside during my stay was the checkout process. I was a bit surprised that staff needed to check the room before we were allowed to leave. In my experience with other five-star hotels, this isn’t typically required, so it felt a bit unusual. Another guest checking out ahead of me also expressed the same concern. Aside from that small inconvenience, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning for the views, food, and overall ambiance.

Awesome stay - rooms & facilities top notch - spacious, clean, first quality, goregous view of ocean, staff friendly & helpful, and food outstanding. Definite highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Rooms and property is beautiful. They have free tuk tuks to take you anywhere on the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is also delicious! Views are great from Tu and Baba Nest Restaurants. Make sure to make a reservation early!
