This was my second time. Everything just wow. Beat vacation ever.

Love everything about this property. The service here is great. All the staff here are wonderful, friendly and respectful. The property is always clean. The food is very good. They have a large variety of food and plenty of restaurants to eat at.

This is our second time visiting La Condesa. Everything was Amazing. Things that i missed from last time was more of the Mexican Culture that was missing this time around. We go to Mexico to immerese ourselves in the culture not to feel like we are back in the US. We missed the Cafe de Olla in the mornings, the latin music at the pool. The Mexican food options were also missing. The rooms were clean the staff were amazing. Overall we had a great time

We had a very relaxing vacation at this hotel. While the property is not new or modern, it is well maintained, and what truly makes the experience special is the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and there were plenty of options to choose from every day. We also really enjoyed the pool entertainment—it was fun without being overwhelming, and the music selection was excellent. It created a great atmosphere throughout the day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back for another relaxing vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable!

Very crean room, friendly staff.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food is excellent with great quality and plenty of delicious options. The pool was clean and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. We have stayed at several other hotels over the years, but nothing compares to this one. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience keep bringing us back. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

Clean property, in a perfect spot on beach. Only issue was room has hair in tub. If you want top shelf liquor you have to pay extra.breakfast was excellent every morning. Only issue was someone should be cleaning up towels. Manny ppl left towel therefore confusing us on which chairs were available vs which ones were not.

The property itself is beautiful. I loved the water with fish and plants outside my room. I got a room with plunge pool. My pool had a lot of the tile falling off. Otherwise my son and I enjoyed it. My patio door had a handle that was loose making it feel unsafe. I wish the patio had a light to enjoy at night. I tried to one night but was frightened by an opossum right outside my door. Then when I went back inside I killed a roach crawling across the dresser. Otherwise, loved my room and having the mini bar restocked daily. The bed was comfortable and they offered 24hr room service. My son really enjoyed playing at the kids club. There was one staff member there that was wonderful. She was the nicest to my son and was the best out of all the staff I came across. I loved the ice cream and cafe shop. I loved that you didn’t need to make reservations at the restaurants. The food could be better but my son and I really loved the Italian restaurant and pizza place. I’ve had better and kinder service at other resorts. The resort was walkable and easy to navigate. The beach didn’t have too much seaweed. I do wish they had more activities/entertainment. But for the first solo trip with my son this was a good choice. Likely wouldn’t go back.

Staff was friendly, however restaurant offerings and bar selection were limited. Entertainment was non existent. Overall the resort needs to be updated.
