We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bel Ami. The location was fantastic. The only downside was that there was no non-slip mat for the tub/shower and it was quite slippery. The breakfast was a nice treat each morning

The hotel staff were not solution-oriented. They tried to brush the issues aside and cover them up.
